Non-Profit Health Vendors Fee: $50.00 For Profit Vendors Fee: $100.00

Health Pavilion Stage Presentation: No Charge
Vendors will receive one 6' table with two chairs.
I hereby release "City Lites Network Inc. and Community Reflections Inc., and its duly appointed representatives and/or agents of all liability and/or responsibility for damages or loss suffered before, during or after the Inner City- Marathon & Health Festival, resulting from of/the display of my work, my equipment or materials related to my display and/or interactions with the Public. I also understand that I DO NOT have to provide proof of GENERAL LIABILITY insurance.

Terms & Conditions!

  • All Health Pavilion Vendors and Volunteers: Check-in is from 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. and Breakdown at 5:00 p.m. 
  • All Mobile Units: Check-in from 8:00 a.m. - 9:00 a.m. and Breakdown at 5:00 p.m.
  • ALL VEHICLES MUST BE OFF GRASS OR FIELD AREA BY 10:00 a.m.
  • All Health Vendors providing information only are allowed four (4) volunteers in the booth on on day of EVENT!
