Community Reflections Inc. services providers and outreach workers have all received trauma-informed and prevention training. Our services are community tailored and all activities are designed to be accessible to even the most isolated residents in Westmont/West Athens neighborhoods.

Systems Navigation, Case Management and Referral Services

Community Reflections Inc. offers a suite of community-tailored services to those re-entering from jail or prison (or other system involvement) in efforts to improve their health outcomes. Outreach can start before clients exit a correctional institution. All services offered are trauma-informed and are a part of an intensive case management model. • live scan and record clearing; • job training, skills certification, and job placement; HiSET, job search support; and life skills training. We offer many other emergency referral services to all those in need including, but not limited to: Housing Support; HIV Counseling; Childcare; Legal Services or Court Ordered Programming; Health and Mental Health Services; and links to other County/Public Services.
