Hailing from South Central L. A.; Debra comes highly recommended from her peers on the Board of Directors and the communities she serves on a daily basis. Debra brings several years of development experience prior joining Community Reflections in 2014.

Debra is equipped with an extensive background in the world of corporate, entertainment, private and public sector. She’s held a variety of roles overseeing major special projects, production and people and culture.

Although with Debra’s extensive background various enmities of corporate, entertainment, private and public sector. Her professorial profile development compliments her experience networking, interpersonal development, marketing, management and entrepreneurship goes hand and hand with her tough skin; vision and the abilities when it comes to strategizing, networking spearheading projects , promoting, fundraising, empathy, dedication, leadership, tenacious and confidence.

Along with many other talents and strengths; having survived an era and proximity and  many blindsided ridiculous chances she is now part of the solution.

Although; today Debra is a proud Alumni of Los Angeles Southwest. Los Angeles Pierce College San Bernardino Valley College where Debra has horned Associates in Addiction Studies, Recovery Specialist, Journalism and Interdisciplinary Social & Behavioral Sciences; she has also earned over 40 certificates; under the umbrella of Human Services, Case Management, Chemical Dependency Specialist in Criminal Justice and Career Specialist. She oversees our day-to-day operations as CRI Event Coordinator.

Outside the office, you can find this humble, Philanthropist and Humanitarian Debra, all over town, launching events and working towards another degree in Criminal Justice.  She is a proud Alumni of Los Angeles Southwest.
